Personal Statement :
|
I offer individual and couples psychotherapy, brief and long-term, to help women and men deal with life's challenges and make the most of their potential in the areas of work, love, and creativity. I work with a wide range of issues from adjusting to a positive life change to the effects of childhood trauma. My approach integrates psychodynamic psychotherapy with other modalities, in which I've been trained, depending on the needs of the client. I believe the most important factors leading to positive change in therapy are the client's motivation and a positive, collaborative, and professional working relationship, in which the client can feel accepted, supported, and understood. Evening and weekend appointments available.
